Forest Park Elementary:
Serving Eastside, Forest Park, Meridian and North Clay Middle School

Jackson Township Elementary:
Serving Jackson Township and the Clay City shuttle bus

Staunton Elementary:
Serving Staunton and North Clay Middle School

Ridpath Primary:
Serving Deer Meadow, Ridpath, Tzouanakis (TZ) and Greencastle Middle School

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

Complete registration form and return to the YMCA or the school site where your child will attend. Choose a payment option: Select either the part-time (1 to 2 days per wk) or the full time (3 to 5 days per wk) option. Scholarships available for those that qualify. A new application should be submitted even if you have had a scholarship in the past.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Health and safety is the first concern of the YMCA. Every precaution is taken to ensure the well-being of each child. All staff is trained in CPR and First-Aid. First-aid supplies are available at all times. If your child has special needs, please communicate with the staff prior to the child’s arrival for care.

DAILY SCHEDULE:

All children receive a snack and drink daily after school.  Children spend around thirty minutes completing homework. The remainder of the day is spent in active play, crafts and games. Please do not send electronic games, cell phones or trading cards.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

Discounts range from 50% to 75% off our fees to those who qualify. Please ask our staff about our scholarship program.  Please apply as soon as possible.

SCHOOL EMPLOYEES:

A 50% discount is available to children of Clay Community and Greencastle Community School staff. Please contact your site director for details.
