2.     All members are required to carry and scan their membership cards at the front desk on every visit.  Membership replacement cards are $5.00.

3.     Cards are not transferable. Only you can use your membership card.

4.     Memberships are nonrefundable.  Understand when committing yourself to a membership, it is for the entire membership.

5.     Classes and programs are subject to change, including cancellation if low enrollment should occur.

6.     There will be a $20.00 charge enforced if a check or ACH payment is returned because of insufficient funds, closed account status or stop in payment.

7.     ACH memberships will automatically be renewed unless we are notified in writing, by the member at the end of the membership year that he/she wishes to terminate their membership plan.  ACH memberships are not to be mistaken for a monthly membership plan.

8.     Members agree not to hold the YMCA of Clay County responsible for any accident or injury or property damage incurred while using the YMCA facilities and further agree to indemnify and save them harmless from any loss, cost, or expense arising out of any such accident or injury sustained on their premises, or from any use of their equipment.
