Life Fitness Training Orientations

Life Fitness  is a type of brand name machine equipment that the YMCA has in the fitness center. It is great equipment for beginners or seasoned veterans. The equipment is versatile and easy to use. It is very important to make sure you know how to adjust the equipment so that it fits your body. Members can register at the front desk for a free orientation with fitness coordinator, Teri Chamberlain.
