A fun, high impact cardio class that utilizes hip hop dance moves. Depending on the class, some sessions will focus on toning, use a chair to exercise with or just be dance fitness moves. Modifications to any routine are always encouraged.

Designed for boys and girls 6yrs and older (5yrs are welcome to try). Students not only learn beginner’s Classical Ballet, but also gain the strength and agility that will help them with sports.

This is a great introduction to a number of dances appropriate for all ages and skill levels! A new dance will be featured every three weeks to provide students with a variety of styles to enjoy! Classes are fun and high energy, moving at a pace suitable for the progression for all. Participants are welcome to come by themselves or with a partner.

4 ½ to 6 year olds will learn to do one and two handed cartwheels, bridges, backbends, handstands, stretching, and walking on the balance beam!

A high intensity dance fitness class with added emphasis on muscle sculpting movements. High energy music and choreography make it fun, while alternate moves at different levels allow you to customize your workout to your ability.

A cardio dance class that is choreographed to fun radio music/remixes. It is a great MIX of dance, tae bo/kickboxing and conditioning moves for a full body, cardio workout.

An effective cross training class involving up tempo cardio and resistance at your control. This class will spend the first 45 minutes on hard core cycling, and then complete the workout with 15 minutes of developing hard core abs! Perfect for everyone from beginner to pro.

Inspired by popularized High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) exercises. The instructor will lead a bootcamp-style workout that will give you a full body workout by combining challenging cardio exercises with specific muscle conditioning. A class of endurance, strength, and toning. It’s a one hour class teaching proper lifting techniques, using barbells and plates. Designed to firm, tone, strengthen, and define muscles in the arms, shoulders, abs, chest, back, and legs. Large repetitions make it a great “fat burner”.

For fit and active adults who desire added cardiovascular training, featuring low-impact standing choreography alternated with safe, fun and effective exercises for upper-body strength work. A chair is used for standing support and head-to-toe stretching.

A total body conditioning class offering exercises for the upper and lower body designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living (ADL). Resistance tools and a chair for seated and standing support are used to increase the effectiveness of functional skills and abilities needed for independent living.

An innovative program geared towards elementary grades. During this 1 hour class youth will be using Science, Technology, Engineering and Math to gain confidence in nutrition knowledge, dietary guidelines, and the negative effects of an unhealthy lifestyle. They will also be physically active by actually experiencing the mechanical advantages of using simple machines such as the wedge, lever, wheel and axel, screw, inline plane, pulley, and gears as they learn about force, load, work, gravity, and other concepts in a kinesthetic manner while emphasizing safety and teamwork!

This is a form of HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, which was created to maximize athletic performance, as well as burn calories. This cross training can benefit both men and women looking for a challenging workout. Must be at least 14 years of age to participate.
