A fun, high impact cardio class that utilizes hip hop dance moves. Depending on the class, some sessions will focus on toning, use a chair to exercise with or just be dance fitness moves. Modifications to any routine are always encouraged.
4 ½ to 6 year olds will learn to do one and two handed cartwheels, bridges, backbends, handstands, stretching, and walking on the balance beam!

Resistance tools and a chair for seated and standing support are used to increase the effectiveness of functional skills and abilities needed for independent living.
